Learning Hubs
AERO Learning HUBS is a medium-scale PAM Learning Hub (an annex building associated to the PAM Centre), which is situated in the city center of Kuala Lumpur. This annex expansion of the PAM Centre will enhance the experience of the users by its cutting edge spatial design besides the technology advancement.
Green Hotel
A hotel designed in tropical architectural style. With the sustainable design, help to achieve an efficiency of energy consumption in the building. A landscaping provided to promote the interaction of the guest, as wish may all enter as a guest, leave as a friend.
Urban Intervention
A pavilion, fishing platform proposed beside the jetty and above the Terengganu river to delight people and allow to promote the joy of fishing for the locals.
Visitor Centre
The visitor center is named Vihaan Visitor Centre. It is a Hindu masculine name from the Sanskrit (विहान) meaning “dawn, morning” as in the “first ray of sun”. As such, the name's origin imbues a sense of a new day or an awakening (or the dawning of a new era).The primary purpose of the visitor center is to provide interpretive and educational information about Indian Traditional costume and also costume rental service to the visiting public.
Pam Booth
Metamorphosis in architecture is the change of form into different characters, appearances, or conditions which explores possibilities of transformation in the context of lighting, spacing, body sound, and airflow (five basis).Facciata is the frontage that sets the tone of the building. In relation to brief, it can well manipulate with the five basis while imbuing strong sculptural quality.
Retail Kiosk
i-Five is a retail kiosk that provides bicycle rental services to the public. With the strategic location of Brickfield, we assume that it will be highly potential to have an integration with the project Riveria City along the Klang River. In addition, the location of the kiosk (in front of the Lotus Hotel) will attract many tourists to have a bicycle tour around the heritage area in Little India.
Journeyman Domicile
The worker house is designed for workers from D' Brother's restaurant. They are Indonesian. Thus, there are a lot of spaces for them to carry out traditional games. Besides the building itself, the project is integrated with a small part of the land to be part of the public space, to allow the public to spend their leisure time around the place, enhancing the community engagement in the neighborhood.
